Would you also like to join a team of passionate professionals and make a difference? Our team is currently looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker Assistant. You will work closely with the producer broker to support clients and provide advisory services.

Main Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the team’s producer broker, process, analyze, and follow up on client requests;
Assess risks and offer the best product at the best quality and most competitive price according to client needs;
Use strong negotiation skills to obtain the best possible terms from insurers;
Monitor renewals according to deadlines;
Support clients in the event of a claim and ensure thorough follow-ups;
Play a central role in drafting documentation and client proposals;
Oversee policy issuance, modifications, and cancellations according to procedures;
And because collaboration is key: support, assist, and carry out tasks related to your team.

What We’re Looking For:

A commercial damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial insurance;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
Excellent organizational skills;
Autonomy and resourcefulness;
A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach;
A strong sense of professional ethics.
