<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist brokers with the placement of accounts and ensure proper follow-up;</li>
<li>Collaborate with brokers to develop placement strategies;</li>
<li>Negotiate renewal terms and insurance coverages with insurers;</li>
<li>Ensure all required documentation is obtained to secure favorable placement terms;</li>
<li>Verify the accuracy and compliance of submitted requests;</li>
<li>Stay informed about new insurance products offered in the market;</li>
<li>Monitor emerging industry trends and share relevant information with internal teams;</li>
<li>Coordinate the placement process and communicate account progress to all stakeholders (brokers, insurers, and insured clients);</li>
<li>Perform any other related duties associated with the placement department.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Hold a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Certificate issued by the <strong>Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)</strong>;</li>
<li>Have more than 5 years of experience in commercial insurance;</li>
<li>Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);</li>
<li>Be comfortable using various computer systems, including <strong>Acturis</strong> software (an asset);</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent organizational skills;</li>
<li>Show initiative, independence, and resourcefulness;</li>
<li>Thrive in a collaborative team environment;</li>
<li>Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.</li>
